Ride to the lake. Surf the wake.
An hour and a half from Barcelona, a turquoise lake at the foot of the Pyrenees, and a private wake boat waiting just for you.
An hour and a half north of Barcelona the road climbs into the Berguedà, and a long turquoise lake opens up between the mountains. That is where we stop, change, and get on the boat.
The morning is for the ride: out of the city and up the valley of the Llobregat to the Baells lake. Then the bikes rest and the boat goes out, just for you. Wakesurf, wakeboard, or a bit of both: it is your hour.
After the boat, a snack and cold water on the pier. Then we take the mountain road over to Ripoll and come back to Barcelona through Vic, a different way from the one we came.

Surf the lake before the season ends
The boats go out on the Baells lake from May to November. After that they stay on the pier until spring. October and November are the last dates of the year: do not miss your chance to surf the lake in 2026.

THE DAY
Road, water, road.
An hour and a half of riding to the lake, one hour on the boat, and the mountain road home. Back in Barcelona by the middle of the afternoon.
Times are a guide: we adjust the day to the season, the weather and your pace.

Barcelona
We meet in the city, check the gear, pack your swimsuit and towel, and leave before the traffic wakes up.

Up the valley to Baells
An hour and a half along the Llobregat into the Berguedà, with the first mountains of the Pyrenees in front of you.

One hour on the boat
Change, put on the vest and get on the boat. Wakesurf, wakeboard or both. Your guide comes on board and takes the photos and video.

A snack on the pier
Something to munch and a cold water in the sun, before the helmets go back on.

Mountain road to Ripoll
The C-26 twists across the hills from Berga to Ripoll: the best riding of the day, and almost no traffic.

Back in Barcelona
Down through Vic and the plain of Osona, and back in the city by the middle of the afternoon.
SURF OR BOARD
Never done it? Perfect.
Wakesurf
The boat makes a long, clean wave behind it. You start with the rope, and once you are up you let it go and surf the wave, a few metres from the boat. Slow, soft falls, and the easiest way to start.
Wakeboard
You start sitting in the water with the board in front of you, and the boat pulls you up. Feet fixed to the board, the rope in your hands the whole time and more speed. Once you are comfortable, the wake becomes a ramp.
You do not have to choose before the day: many people try both in the same hour.

Green water, mountains on every side and a wave that never ends. Behind the boat, a quiet lake in the Pyrenees turns into your own private surf spot.
Turn the sound up. Then imagine it is you on the board: the rope gone, the sun on your back and the wave pushing you forward.

GOOD TO KNOW
Before you get wet
I have never been on a wakeboard. Is that a problem?
No. Most people who come have never done it. The crew on the boat starts you slowly, and wakesurf is especially easy to learn: the boat goes slower and the falls are soft.
Who is on the boat?
Only your group, the boat driver and your guide. The boat is private for the whole hour.
What do I need to bring?
A swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. We carry them for you on the bike or in the car. For the ride, the same as any tour with us.
How many people can come?
Every day is private. On motorcycles, as many riders and passengers as you like: tell us who is coming and we plan the bikes. In the Toyota Chaser, up to three passengers.
When can I do it?
From May to November, any day of the week. October and November are the last dates of 2026: after that, the next season starts in May.
And if the weather is bad?
If rain or wind closes the lake, we move the day to another date with you.
How much is it, and how do I book?
The price depends on how you get there: on your own motorcycle, as a Co-Rider or in the Toyota Chaser. Send us a message on WhatsApp with the date and the number of people, and we will confirm availability and the final price.
